A California native and an outdoor adventurer at heart, Chelsea was first licensed in San Diego, CA in 2001. Since then she has successfully negotiated hundreds of real estate transactions and earned a nomination to The President's Circle for performing among the top 3% of the nation in a previous office. Her sales experience ranges from representing buyers and sellers on high-end luxury homes, ranches, and resort properties to single-family homes, land, and condos. Another rewarding experience was representing a developer on a small subdivision and working with the architects in the design phase, contractors in the build phase, to passing the keys off to the new homeowners after their smooth and successful escrows. What Chelsea likes most about Real Estate is putting her experience and creativity to work in helping her clients realize their real estate goals.

Chelsea has resided in Redding, CA since 2013 with her husband of 24 years, their three children, and their dog Jasper. In her free time, you will most likely find Chelsea with her family and friends, paddle boarding the local lakes, adventuring in the mountains, working in her garden, or snowboarding in the winter.
