Julie developed a love for the Real Estate world years ago when she purchased her first home. The pride she felt getting the keys in her hand was something she wanted to offer others. Five years ago she became a real estate agent and began the path to making her clients dreams of home ownership a reality. Being a native of Shasta County, she knows the area well and is able to assist in finding the perfect area for her clients to find their dream home and works diligently to support her commitment to them. Julie is also a licensed loan officer which gives her an understanding of how to best assist her clients with questions about financing.

When not working, Julie can be found spending time with her partner, Bryan, their dog Sophie and their combined families doing outdoor activities including mountain biking, hiking and camping. Julie loves being a grandparent and her home is always open to family and friends. She believes that life is about the experiences created with others.
