KJ is so excited about joining the Josh Barker Real Estate team! KJ is married to his beautiful wife, Amanda, and together they have 2 boys. KJ has been personally interested in Real Estate for many years- buying his first home at 23 and his first investment property by 26. He has a successful background in sales and is highly motivated to help both families and investors find their ideal property.

In KJ’s free time, he enjoys taking his family outdoors- enjoying all of what beautiful Redding has to offer. Their favorite activities include paddle boarding, pickleball, hiking, and biking.
