Kristina has been in the service industry for over 20 years. She spent most of this time within corporate roles at both Gap Inc and Dicks Sporting Goods. There, she did a span of assignments ranging from working in China to overseeing large markets in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Kristina has been married for 16 years to her husband Adam who is a Captain for CAL Fire. They have 2 amazing children: Austin and Emma. Kristina and her family enjoy skiing, taking trips to the coast and being together at home as a family.
