Lance loves working with people and walking with them through the big moments in life. Before joining Real Estate, Lance owned a coffee shop in San Diego, worked in after school programs for the Shasta County Education and had a career in construction. He knows the Redding community and is excited to help you find your next home while ensuring a smooth process to get there.

Lance is Redding born and raised. After marrying his high school sweetheart, they moved to San Diego for a time. Having since moved back, they love calling Redding their hometown. Lance has 3 amazing boys and love spending time together.Family movie nights are a staple in the Loyd home. When Lance isn't helping clients, he enjoys checking out local coffee shops and eateries.
