Mike was born into Shasta County real estate. His family has been helping friends and neighbors for nearly 50 years. Mike joined his father’s real estate company in 1992, Medley Realty, started by Bob Medley in 1972. Mike quickly became a leader in the Shasta County market. With a passion for business, the area and for his clients- he has transformed the industry bringing it to a more professional standard than what was available when he started. In 1996, Mike took over a leadership role in the company and ran it until 2008. In 2009 Mike joined Josh Barker Realty. Mike states that Josh has a drive much like Mike’s father, where the most important part of the real estate process is the client. With that in mind, a quest was started in the hopes of providing the highest quality service in the industry. Mike’s goal within the company is to provide top level knowledge in all facets of the industry and provide clients a proven plan to help them with the buying and selling process now and in the future.

When Mike isn’t in the office or providing exemplary service to clients face to face, he enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with his family and two daughters. He dreams that some day he’ll take an epic but relaxing sailing trip with his family off the grid. Mike enjoys good coffee and Elf, the movie.
