Days on Market Drops to New Low in 2017

Average Days on Market Drops in Shasta County

According to recently released data from our local Shasta County Board of Realtors, the median amount of time a home spent on the market in Shasta County was only 74 days in 2017. That's 13 days fewer than a similarly priced home spent on the market back in 2016.
